You're saying he didn't mean to get behind the wheel of a vehicle and put people at risk by driving drunk ?

Oh yeah I forgot - It's a Redneck's 'Gawd' given right to drive in such a manner.

Never believe a story in the DP. They don't print the truth. They just mean to print enough information to incite people.

Not all that much to compose a overly enhanced falsehood.

Simple enough - Man decides to not only drive while in an intoxicated state, but to do so at a un-necessary- un-safe high rate of speed.

Result - Death. But if all of these is to excuse such actions due to the indicted man's situation up until he chose to operate a motor vehicle in such a manner,,, then do go on to justify what this person has done.

Didn't you know that driving while intoxicated is not only dangerous, but just like aggravated manslaughter it's against the law ?

So the passenger was drunk and knew that the driver was as well. Where did that get him ?

Perhaps if Gloucester County had something the young people could do rather than drink and drive or have to hangout at shopping center parking lots there would be less of these misfortunes. But instead the county is in the red from the last set of BOS including their former elected 'High Priced' Goddess-Queen Ms. Altemus. Just think what the county could of done with all that cash that wench got her stubby little fingers on.
