County is sued on value of strip mall

Just means our taxes are going up again bcauz an assessor screwed up. Maybee the new assessment program will stop the human errorrs. My taxes are tired.

Ferociously under-staffed at this time. They only have three to cover an area as large as and as populated as Gloucester!

Wonder how much George Woodhouse's building in Tidemill Shopping Center was appraised for since he was head of the Board of Eqalization. Maybe his and Ressler's property should all be checked.

when the movie theater went in.....rumor had it they were cut slack on hooking up to county water...it is all politics, all the time in G-town...us taxpayers will continue to get the shaft.

Once again, the Ressler connection. Her pal Woodhouse was the chairman of the Board of Equalization and I have it on good authority, that he chose to reassess all the properties on Route 17. I had a friend's business that more than doubled over the original assessment. And he didn't even ask for a review of his assessment. He appealed the BOE's (aka Woodhouse) assessment and had it reduced. No wonder his houses are over priced.
