Juries giving marijuana defendants a pass
It seemed a straightforward case: A man with a string of convictions and a reputation as a drug dealer was going on trial in Montana for distributing a small amount of marijuana found in his home - if only the court could find jurors willing to send someone to jail for selling a few marijuana buds.

Good for the courageous jurors! The prosecutors should be sent to jail for charging innocent people with bogus 'crimes.'

They are excercising there juror rights a juror has a right if he feels a law is unjust to enter a not guilty verdict regardless of what the law states no judge will explain a jury's rights but search it on the net they are real and have been used through out this country's history
