One of four men accused of stealing a 13-year-old’s meatball sandwich at gunpoint in October pleaded guilty to robbery and conspiracy charges before Judge Kevin F. Kelly Thursday.

Ernest Wellington Barnett, 23, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 11˝ to 23 months in prison plus two years of probation for his part in the robbery, under the plea deal worked out by Assistant District Attorney Christopher DiRosato and defense attorney Timothy Zearfoss.

The remaining defendants — Rashawn Ameer Mallory, 21, Antray Eric Graves Jr., 20, and Rainey Alexander Smith, 21, all also of Philadelphia — have trials scheduled for April 2 before Kelly.
