DA: More legal troubles for O'Neill family

Sean O'Neill Jr., the young Delaware County man who killed his best friend with a shotgun while drunk in 2006, has skipped out on his probation for a driving under the influence charge and may have fled the country, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

I read a headline on our forum in Texas which led me to check it out. Wow its the same ol stuff by people who would rather be mean and vile than to be part of a productive conversation no matter what the topic.Its like this is their personal playground and there are no rules!
