Hi Bruce, I soloed at Beverly May 1951, I knew Howard Dutton, Have flown with "Red" Slavick in His 75 hp Cub, on the Merrimack. I knew John Wolley and the Perotti's very well. Would Love to get in touch, and talk over old times. I finally wound up flying airlines for 37 years, and retired in 93 with 20 thousand + hour's. <[email protected] >

Although its north of Massachusetts, I remember going to the Manchester NH airport when all there was was a camper with a huge flap of cardboard that would be flipped up on a hinge and one guy inside selling tickets. There was parking for a half a dozen vehicles, and no bathroom. Lol
