It's funny the Town still claims to be in the dark.Here's a good question: They say they have no clue,does that mean if a person applied for a license and owed $50k in back property tax to a different town at a previous location,Tyngsboro would have no idea and just approve them? or do you think they would look into it and see if they were going to get stiffed? The old landfill isn't the only thing that stinks in Tyngsboro.

I agree completely with you. The Town HAD to have been aware of Sideri's past, the fact that he mis-represented his wife as owner of record. Something doesn't pass the smell test here. If the Selectmen had any brains, they'd move to have that dump closed down immediately. I believe that they have ENORMOUS civil liability every minute that it stays open.

I doubt it. IIRC it was a pretty clear cut case of natural (and tragic) causes.

It is pretty obvious the selectmen probably took a payoff and that is why the place is still open. They are probably afraid that if they shut the place down then the "wannabe gangster" or his wife will expose the selectmen and disclose the payoff that was made. This will lead to some type of internal investigation probe that will unveil corruption on the local level of politics in Tyngsboro. This could be speculation but look how corrupt MA politics are today.

I would check around and see who if Eric's father or any member of his family made any contributions i.e. money, airline tickets, open tab at Angelina's, or business arangements with anyone remotly involved with the liquor comission. Believe me, if any Sideri knew that the wheels would have to be greased, they are just the family to do it. Like I said before, the Tower of Babel is going to crumble an the Scumderis. Ask those that know the way they do business. This is right up the Scumderi's alley.

It is well known that Eric is a RAT. He ratted out his drug-dealing buddies in a succesful bid to get a huge reduction in his Prison sentence. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes right now. I'm sure there are more than a few people waiting to see what prison his wheel-of-misfortune lands him in.And if he starts dropping dimes in this case, and the case in question concerning Angela's liquor license???? Couldn't happen to a more deserving Jerk!
