I wonder if she would have done anything if she hadn't been arrested last Wed. It seemed like she was out and about anywhere she wanted until this happened. They were in no hurry to do anything and tried to delay as much as possible. What will her hubby do?? Can her preach with a wife in prison??? Her poor daughters!!!!!!!!!!

are you saying the paper was wrong. was she not supposed to be around children? did she not get arrested at the pool for violating the conditions of her bond? did she not plead no contest to the first charges after being arrested the second time? did she post $20,000 bond to be released a second time until her sentencing in Sept where she could go to prison for up to 25 years?

she did not have to repost a bond she was not held after being arrested! She is not supposed to be ALONE with children!! She did not violate the conditions of her bond that is why she was not held after being arrested!! This info came straight from our county sherriff!! I know what i say is true and yes she did plead no contest and is waiting to be sentenced!! Marcy has taken responsibility for her actions and has not done anything wrong since!! Her taking her OWN children to the pool was NOT a violation of her bond and that is why SHE WAS NOT HELD OR CHArGED WITH ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!

the paper was commenting on Marcy reappearing on the same charges all together you will appear in court on any felony charge at least 4 times by the time you are sentenced. So the paper wasn't necessarily WRONG maybe just MIS-READ! As far as charges being unbeatble in my opinion as far as the KS judicial system in our county you could be right! You may be better off commiting murder if you want a TRUELY FAIR trial!

I wasn't even commenting on Marcy's trial I was commenting on the question asked about FAIR TRIALS IN KS IN GENERAL!! Marcy has plead no contest~she will be punished and I'm sure GOD will make sure the Judge does what is HIS WILL in this situation!! SO before you go bad mouthing get off the defense not everything is dirrected TOWARDS YOU!

All of this is so lame! If this would have been one of the ministers or an intern that was male with another male that was 14 we wouldn't even be having this discussion!!! They would be in jail and would NOT be accepted back into the church. Just because her name is Marcy and she is married to KEvin and her parents are big in the church we are all susposed to just have warm fuzzies for her!! What a JOKE!!!

I for one hope she gets sentanced to the maximum prison term. Not because I have anything agains her specifically, but because of the hypocracy shown by her church leaders and those who blindly support her. Everything about this is just disgusting. Especially the church leaders obvious bias in the way they rally to support Marcy, being as how she is so closely tied to the church hierarchy...it just makes you wish ill upon this person and anyone who unquestioningly supports her.

I believe:

1. She fully enjoyed herself molesting this 14 year old girl and has no regrets other than having gotten caught.

2. She would have said nothing about it had the molestation not been discovered.

3. She and her handlers knew full well that the church would rally behind her if she put on the approriate repentent sinner act...and that it will minimize her punishment.

4. That if it had been the VICTIMS mother who committed the act against MARCY's daughter, she would have been cast out of that church so fast your head would spin...and the church community would adopt a "screw this forgiveness shit" mindset, and do everything they could to ensure the molester was sitting in jail without bail from the very beginning.

5. And finally, that Marcy will ultimately get a slap on the hand, spend very little time, if any, in jail....and will be free to relieve the molestation experience in her masturbation fantasies in her own bed for a long time to come.

Have you ever heard of false profecies? Yes, let God be the judge-I agree. She might enjoy being behind bars, I know I did. Atleast there won't be any more children beng poisened by the selfish acts she chooses to encounter
