I have lived here for 22 years and it is only going to get worse. With the development of HUD apartments throughout the city Jacksonville is ruining its' suburban areas. Just ask the tax paying folks that live in Argyle. The young "thug" population is here to stay

The same thing is happening to Atlanta. It's as if those running the show think you can civilize a hostile population by moving them as close as possible to a non-hostile population. I guess they are hoping for a calming effect. Or, it's just a common land grab, make the place intolerable, property values drop, property gets cheap etc etc etc
