Fanger is a convicted criminal, so its not surprising he's operating an illegal vacation rental. The people involved in this illegal industry are all law-breakers who are now trying to change Oahu’s zoning laws because they are finally getting caught. It's time for the City to get serious and purge these businesses from our neighborhoods.
