This whole dael of race and "lynch mob" is bogus and jusy an excuse to deter people from the facts of the case. Newsday is only one sided and did not truly show what went on in that court room. Mr. White shot Dano in the face. Dano is never coming back, ever. Throughout this whole trial Joanne Cicciro has dine nothing but pray, We have all prayed for her and with her, that justice would prevail. It did! It wouldnt matter if the case was reversed because a grown man shot a teenage boy. No matter what skin tone they were. None of the kids were charged, not even Aron White. He could have been charged with posseing an illegal weapon. All the teens were pardoned for theis testimony's INCLUDING Aron. This whole race thing is horrible and all it does is take away the facts from the case. God will always prevail and He did in this case. If John White had been a white male, I would think the same exact thing.

And Mr. White did not have any cookies in his hand when he approached them. Look, I feel badly for the man. He probably never hurt anyone else in his life and probably never would. The MAN shot a BOY in cold blood he loaded his weapon and waited by the door when they arrived he came all the way to the end of his driveway and shot the boy in the face that is pre meditated so realy he should have been charged with murder. He had over 20 minutes to call cops but decide to be an outlaw and guess ewhat this isn't the wild west....it actualy hurt him that they called first if they hadn't and just showed up and attempted to enter his home then yes deadly force would have been ok to me but comon and the guy will be out in 5 with good behavior which to me is actualy too small

So you may be right justice did prevail beause he may have been gulity for the shooting but with an justified reason and thats why he is not facing 22 years in prison. Oh, and it was the side of his right cheek that was shot not point blank range in the face so that alone shows that some type of struggle or motion happened to where the gun was on the side of his face. I watched 20/20 and White was TOTALLY wrong! He should have just called the police and those kids would have gotten in trouble. You don't go and shoot an UNARMED BOY in the face. The judge is a P.O.S and needs to be removed from the bench. 100 Blacks In Law Enforcement should all lose their jobs and pensions too. RACIST COPS right there. And White's wife needs to lose the GOLD hair! Gosh, what a train wreck she is.
