Town Talk and KALB fail once again

Can someone please explain to me why our local professional theatre, Lagniappe Theater, is not seen in the Town Talk or on the morning Jambalaya show on KALB anymore? I heard that both entities have simply started ignoring the theater company and not doing stories on them or having them on air anymore. If these entities are supposed to be serving public interest, then why are they giving small community theaters and school theaters publicity, who show to 50-500 people a weekend, and not Lagniappe who show to some 3500 people some weekends. It seems to me like the public is interested. I am a season subscriber to their shows and I would like to know why they are not being supported by the entities who claim to be serving the public interest?

I wouldn't worry about either one because NO ONE reads that so-called paper and the same amount of people watch those morons stumble around in the morning!!!!!

How to explain it to you. Professionals would not engage in such negative and condescending comments regarding anyone, much less the local media. And a professional theatre company would NEVER engage in such desparaging comments about other theatre groups. Maybe you should do some inner reflection. Professionals.......? Hmmm......

And people think these same two sources are completely unbiased and all knowing on the Ball soap opera?!? Oi...
