Anyone who IS happy with Washington right now is either on welfare, or in a union.

Things aren't looking good for the democrats. What do you expect when they are ramming unpopular policies down our throat and not making any improvements in the unemployment rate. Hopefully mccollum will lose her seat. She just votes party lines anyway.

They needed another poll to figure this out? Agree with P T Bull on this one. Get them out until they get it right.

It's really the Democrats fault. In 08 the voter's gave Obungler supermajorities in both houses so he had a credit card with no limit. Nothing went into the grocery bag but the bill sure was a humdinger.

Feeling Surly?

that's putting it mildly.

How about feeling "ripped off, cheated, victimized, or some other descriptor?

This just in, people are unhappy with Congress. In further news of the obvious, tonight's weather will be dark, followed by light sometime tomorrow morning. Stay tuned for further updates.

Seriously, isn't it time for term limits? I don't care how good an elected official is at their job, eventually it's good to get a new perspective and to not allow any one politician to get too powerful. Everyone in Congress is replaceable.

Tom Petters got fifty years and Bernie Madoff got 150 years so both of then will in all liklihood die in prison. Their lives are over and all they did to us is what politicians do to us every day.

Hopefully people with THINK before they vote this election cycle. Don't blindly vote for someone because of the letter behind their name - "D" or "R".

Big Gov career politicians from BOTH parties need to go.

As for me, my vote will only go to someone who is willing to uphold the notion of limited government upon which this nation was founded.

I wonder how many of the people they polled that are "unhappy" with Washington voted for "Mr. Hope & Change" !!

Just think what could happen if the party of change and the party of NO could meet half way?

I hope the incumbents have a back up plan because otherwise they will get to see what the unemployment line looks like from our prospective. I'm only surprised that the percentage of unhappy people wasn't higher.

What? You mean being micro-managed by control freaks in Washington isn't popular here?

Whether it's the unfound oil in the Gulf, the Asian Carp invading the Great Lakes, or our recent surrender in Iraq, all Obungler is doing is making the United States less secure.

The Associated Builders and Contractors is a business association not a union. They are the companies. The union goons (at least the Union leaders who assign endorsemnts) themselves pull the "D" lever like the mind numbed robots they are.
