NOW they finally say don't count on this storm completely turning away. All I have heard for 2 or so days is how Earl is going go get close to the shore line and then go north and it was nothing major to worry about. Thank you-now not as things were already more congested because a hurricane was headed this way but now everyone will be clogging everything because we NOW may feel a major impact.
Plan and expect the worse first and things won't turn out so bad in the end.
Guess everyone has forgotten the noreaster this past November...and that wasn't even a hurricane!
