Then you should have moved your house before it got eaten by the Atlantic.
Now it's nothing but dangerous trash floating around in the ocean.
How much time did you need - Isabel was in 20003....the Thanksgiving storm was in 2007?

I am sorry to hear about your house and the insensitive comments by others. I guess it makes them feel better to blame you for Nags Head not replenishing the beaches before.
