There is coalition for this and that slowly demolishing human rights. So where is the coalition forthat. Its all about money. Why don't they use just give the money where its needed and not have to make deals to get it. So our budget is low, yet they can offer this kind of money. Smokers have rights too. We work hardtoo and deserve our luxury and the way we want to relax. Try being a housewife, mother and have a decent career. I don't want to have to stay at home in the kitchen on my time off. Eating out is a luxury for us and for those of us who smoke, its just irritating that you can't even enjoy going out to eat like you want. I should'nt have to go outside in the heat, rain or cold. I have rights too. I try not to impose on anyone and have respect for those that don't smoke, which we should all practice more.
Yet at the same time, fair is fair. Why should it be one sided all the time. I am about sick of not being treated fairly in this place that I also pay taxes to.

You have rights yes, but you should smoke in a place where it's not infringing on the health of others.

Well, I guess it's gonna be like all the other rights, disregarded. To include female rights, is that what mothers and wifes usually are. So we do the majority of the housekeeping, running the kids, oh, let's not forget the other half of the income in the family too and I guess we don't deserve any luxury and compensation for it all. So what's it all about. Health is a major issue, I know this, but it's still about "Rights". I would be glad to keep the smoke out of your space, but give me my space too. Not outside, that's being taken away too anyway. Why does it belong to only certain people. I pay for my meals too.

There is room in this world so that smokers can live side by side with nonsmokers without being treated like lepers.

If smokers want to be treated like every other tax paying citizen they are going to have to stand up for themselves and join together as a voting bloc like the anti-smoking fringe did.
