Let's see... Missing since Oct 2010 and found April 08 2011.

Missing for 6 months and found 50 feet behind his house.

Looks to me like no one was looking too hard for him (yes, heavy brush and all).

Yeah, and they didn't smell him either? Come on now, something isn't right with this picture.

Yes, very suspicious. There's more to this story than meets the eye.

Judging by the picture this person does not look like he would be doing drugs.

Was the drug planned on him before being killed?
or was he given an overdose?

Sure does need to be looked at closely and also the family members.

Looks can be decieving. He had done time in prison for drugs. Was caught with his daughter in the van doing drugs some years back.

Was there a tiny secret club house hiding place out in the heavy brush he retired into when he wanted to be "alone"?

Fifty feet. Measure 10 feet 5 times. 6 months.

The coyotes didn't find him either if the body was still intact enough to reveal "drug paraphernalia".

Now every time they look at that nearby place, they'll wonder or just keep "the secret".

I think it was either a hotshot
or an accidental overdose.

According to all the information out there so far. He went missing in October, when it is still very hot out. He had been searched for everywhere. He was found 50 feet behind his house by his child, evidently was recognizable. His body was out there for 6 months, nobody saw, heard, smelled anything strange behind the house? Something is very odd here.

If you were not so obviously retarded, you'd be offensive.

All of what you typed is beyond reality. You are not within what medication can help.

However...we Apodaca family members collectively wish it had been you instead who died and suffered.

Too bad. We can mourn our loss...and smile at knowing no one on Earth will ever do that for your sorry condescending and hateful ass.

sound like the sheiff's did one hell of a search at the begining of the case 50 feet from the home came on. if it was in town they would had 3 miles block off.

You are Apocaca like I'm Oswald.
You are that lady/boy plugg who follows people around like you do. Every effen'day.

Every day you are under a new name, no address, no numbers, and out of your closet, familiar porno, and dead flashlight.

Piss off, peanut.

Follow someone else around. Get your nose out of my
