because he's a legislator doesn't mean he can tap the public till for money he didn't earn. sorry he lost his leg but that's not a taxpayer issue.

When you are having health issues monetary payments are not of importance in your mind. Getting well and recuperating are, keeping a positive outlook is the most important. As for you it seems that compassion and rationale along with your mind took a hiatus.
