"The move came after the League of United Latin American Citizens filed a complaint last year alleging that Mesilla deputies had engaged in racial profiling. Earlier this year, a stop and arrest by a deputy was ruled improper by a federal court."

You would think we would have learned from history that it's a bad idea to allow an unlimited number of foreigners into a country. Just look at what happened to the Native Americans or Santa Anna.
