Yep this is LC City Council boy - no matter that the employees were given a 1.5% pay raise while Insurance went and PERA went up.
Yep Garza cellphone allowance, 2 % performance increase, 2 % pay raise, vehicle, 2 weeks free leave on top of your 4 weeks leave and who knows what else.
Just another snap shot of the big shots working for the little guys who are making $23,000 or less a year.
