Actually.. not a bad idea, but costly. It's like the French protect Champagne or Roquefort cheese. You can't call your sparkling wine Champagne unless it comes from grapes in a certain place nor your cheese Roquefort unless it is made from milk and aged in the caves in that town.
The question is if King will chose to pursue such cases or it it's just a bill that she owned Nunez for his efforts on his behalf.. I'm betting the latter.
