The investigation was a washed up report only selected those who received large raises & who are never around & get paid anyway..current management including legal & HR dept. Just cover up..cover up..cover up..& protect & promote based on those cover Ups......the real workers will never be rewarded..
politics as usual.....Did you really think you would get a fair report being done by the wolf guarding the hen house...really funny if they believe we are so gullible..

This "investigation" went just like the recent "compensation review," that only interviewed management. What was the result? Management gave themselves a 10% pay raise, and told employees "If they didn't like it, they could leave." Employees were put off for years by saying that a Compensation Review would be done, comparing County pay to local wage rates. Meanwhile, HR plays games, not giving credit for experience, degrees, or certifications. Anything to keep wages low, so that management can give themselves high salaries and raises. Moral is low, and employees are not allowed to speak to media or even their own County Commissioners.

Hey, this is New Mexico, the same sh_t, different day, all over the state. New Mexico is JUST like Old Mexico except for not quite as many mestizos and not quite as many murders here. Give it time. Water seeks its own level.
