Amazing - HR tells Supervisors that no one on city
staff that is evaluated can earn a "Excellent" across the board?
Next comes the BS line that we need to give him a
10% pay raise, give him three cars, increase his
leave by another three weeks taken consecutively
while the worker bees - non Union get shafted with
maximum 1.5 percent despite receiving top scores on their annual performance reports.

Sole-employee??? Where are the proper check and balances? Without proper check and balances how can you attest as to doing an excellent job? There is no second independent/objective opinion such as that of an auditor?

What the Helll does he need three cars. In fact with his salery why is he even given one car?
