I agree, and I would say at least 90% of county employees understand the way the 3 in charge at the county live their lives to screw people's lives up. What i'd like to know is who is supposed to be in charge of the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Attorney? Why is it they are allowed to devastate people's lives just because they think it's fun? Are there any taxpayers that care how their monies are being mis-managed? Do any of them care what their hard-earned monies are spent on?

Let me give you something to think about....Todd and Curtis were partners as young officers. Of course they are going to stick together. They have the same views and the same values...or lack there of. But I must admit that Curtis would be far worse than our current Sheriff, Todd. Look into Curtis' s background as not only "animal enforcer", but as officer, Sgt., as well as son, father and brother. I know the family personally, and this man is as bad as, if not worse than his FELON brother. While it is not right to judge one by their family's actions, it might just be smart to pay attention to whom he chooses to spend his time with. Curtis' brother was charged with and emprisoned for close to 10 yrs for violently beating and kidnapping his (brothers) ex girlfriend.(Not even covering the many yrs of torment and abuse on his parents and siblings, and his many times in and out of jail on drug, abuse, theft charges, by his brother) When word got out, more women came fwd to testify as well..but who was it that stood and testified that his brother had reformed and that he was the model prisoner? got it..little big man, himself. Curtis. Put him in as your Sheriff or any other official position, and you might as well put his brother in right beside him. He chooses the side of the wrong person, it seems. Lets get rid of them all, and start over.

When Curtis was the head of animal control, he hired his own family member (Jay Morrison) to work with him and look at the fix they got themselves in to..Curtis managed to hold on to his job while Morrison tucked tail and quit right before they had a chance to fire him. Kinda makes you wonder what would happen if he makes Sheriff, doesn't it?

Wow!!! I was wondering when the wife beating was going to come up. The past always has a way of popping up, doesn't it, Curtis?
