The state of Tennessee is making a move to fund community college tuition with the money raised from the educational lottery. To open doors for two year degrees for all citizens who earn a high school diploma is an investment in the future of this country. If students had this opportunity, the only loans necessary for a BS or BA would be to complete credits for junior and senior coursework.

This editorial shows the value of hindsight and foresight when one experiences something firsthand. Well done.
