YYIIPPEE!!!!!!!!! He got what he deserved! Anyone defending him can go to hell!! All of the bruises on Brianna were not from the night she died, but in fact she was covered with bruises from head to toe some that were weeks and months old. So for him to say he didn't know is ridiculous! Hopefully the rest will die the same way he did!

You people are evil, death shouldn't be wished upon anyone no matter what the circumstance. Robert was not the one who abused Brianna, it was his brother and yes he should have reported it but God only knows his reasons why he didn't. Don't judge the guy hell he left a family behind including a wife and child. R.I.P my friend you will be missed.
This loser was drinking and driving and put other people at risk, and if I read the other articles correctly, this was not the first or second time! Sorry, but I truly think he got what he deserved and his wife and kids are better off without this scumbag!

I dont wish death upon anyone, I have hope that everyone who does wrong in their life will have to answer to a higher power! I think we all who are outraged at Briannas horrible death should keep talking and hopefully oneday we will see a.differnce in all the child abuse that goes on. To hurt an innocent baby should be the worst crime and automatically be a sentence of life without parole... We all need to make changes and get more people aware of all the child abuse that goes on. We need to see more commercials on preventing child abuse and on speaking up for kids who are being abused!!! Maybe if the world was reminded more often of all this ... Maybe one day we can all see a difference. With the help of God allis possible. WE NEED YOU GOD TO HELP US END ALL.CHILD ABUSE AND HELP PEOPLE SPEAK UP IF THEY KNOW.SOMEONE IS BEING ABUSED!

agree with Cisco. Robert was not the one who abused Brianna, but for should have reported it. Since then, he has turned his life completely around, managing the Albersons on Telshor, raising his family, and always greeting people with a smile. Those of you glad for what has happened and say karma accurred, I hope you get what's coming to you as well. The paper had no right no disclose his past, as he was serving his punishment and making a difference in his life and nobody should wish death upon another person. Robert, my childhood, lifelong, friend and neighbor, rest in peace homie!

Tell me, neighbours? Lifelong you say? As a friend it does not seem that Robert ever spoke of Little Bri to anyone? Lifelong friends and neighbours notice things do they not? Tell me, what did you notice? Nothing? Did Robert ever say he was sorry, if his closest friends stand and only speak good words and have nothing to say about how he felt about Bri, then how good could he have been. If you close your eyes whilst being raped, does that make the evil man go away? If that is what the thought, to never speak about her, never apologize, just continue made her memory any less hurtful, he was mistaken, and the way he is seen by so many today, is his own fault and actions. Little Bri was beaten, raped, tortured, only 1 image was taken of her after birth, apart from the autopsy photo, to a man who turned looking the other way, I still dont think you got what you deserved.

After seeing the footage of baby Brianna, having a child myself, let me tell you something. My baby got a viral infection, I have to stick "medicine" up his rectum, every time I do it, he screams and cries, and although it might not be very sore, he does not understand and he is a year old. Every time this happens, I wonder, how people could rape a baby? Beat her, bruise her, pinch her, throw her, and not feel any remorse, any love, and I always think of little Brianna. I have gone through this Forum, and everyone here who states and claims to have known Robert, has not said one decent word about Brianna, telling me they are either lying, or that they "are the same people as the company they keep" I wished much worse upon the Baby Bri killers as well as those close to them, who witnessed this and done nothing, I would have died trying to protect her, as a stranger, or as a friend, or as a relative, I would NEVER have allowed it. I came from a very abused family, at the age of 8 I stood up protecting my siblings, and broke the jaw of my stepfather, don't tell me no one was capable of protecting this little girl. Close your eyes, after reading her story, and try for a moment to imagine and experience what she went through. It is not the pain that kills you only, it is the broken heart, the fact that those who must love you only hurts you, and the fact that you do not understand what you have done wrong. I believe that hell will be the worst crime you committed on earth, and I pray that it awaits these cowards, those who killed her, and those who condoled it by not doing anything to stop it. I feel sorry for far related family members who did not know, I don't think that life can be easy for them, and it must haunt them. For the rest, is there anyone on here that can tell me what happened, all these so called life long friends, did Robert know? How much did he know? Did he repent? Him and everyone else involved in this should have taken their own lives, they don't deserve to breathe, there is another case of a baby called Peter Connely, I dont think you want to know what I wish upon those who did an allowed it either. We all have a right to our opinion, here's mine, as a child who was abused in imaginable ways, today I am a grown woman, a loving mother, those who hurt me have repented, but I will never forget, and have always wished that I could cross their paths to show them what an adult can do, as we were merely babies and children. There is no forgiveness. They should be taken, thrown into the air, raped, beaten, bitten, locked up, suffocated, laughed at, and even that would not be enough. For the rest of the families that suffer during this tragedy, because of the actions of others, you have my condolences, unfortunately, sometimes things like this is like war, and there will always be casualties.

Not true! I live in germany and they have very strict driving laws and are very responsible when they drink. Yes they have the fests but they take trains and ride buses or take taxies. Several accidents are caused by americans that live here.... not all ok.
Most Germans stationed in the US Abide by the Driving laws in the us ,but there has been some that have been cited for drinking and driving here in the USA, Drunk Drivers happen every where no matter what country you are from or what nationality you are, it happens every where!
