Just reading news like this about the sad state of this young man makes me feed sad....so utterly sad that a whole ship load of vacationing lawyers like him can't sink into the cold sea - while the whole thing is caught on film for me to enjoy and laugh at derisively every evening for the rest of my evenings....

Michael J Gopen is the attorney for my mother she has not been able to talk to a lawyer in a year just a secretary that never knows what's going on they have the settlement from the insurance company already I don't see what the problem is?

Your best bet jason is to fake another slip-n-fall accident in K Mart or stage another auto rear-end accident. You could even claim they happened in the same day. If this 'heeb lawyer' is like every other 'heeb lawyer' who has ruined our country, he's got a dart-board in the lobby where you doss darts to choose what supposedly 'happened'. Truth don't matter in our courts anymore, jason. It's what you can PAY FOR that matters. And our Judges have let that happen.
