Brenda Sue knew Jesus and is in heaven today. She was at peace with dying and was actually smiling when she talked about it. I pray you all can find that kind of peace when it is time to meet your Maker.

She never changed one word about what Danny did to her. She told the truth. She had confidence in the new DA assigned to this case and knew Danny would be found guilty AGAIN and justice would finally happen. I only wish she could have been there yesterday to hear the guilty verdict again.

On January 13, 2013 at 9:00am, I talked to the eye witness to one of Danny and the other older male relative's sexual abuse of Sue when she was about 12. I asked her what she saw and she said they thought she was asleep and they called Sue over to one of the bed's in the farmhouse in Ashland. They took turns have sex, or more accurately, RAPING A 12-YEAR OLD GIRL. Danny would have been about 20 and the other male was even older. I respect Sue for finally coming forward and telling about the MULTIPLE times Danny raped and molested her. She had kept this secret for over 40 years. She never changed her story and used her life to help abused children. What have you done with your life to help someone weaker than you?

This trial was not a sporting event where there are "winners" and "losers". We all lost something because of Danny's sickness. Families were divided, friend took sides, innocent children lost their innocence, and Danny lost his freedom. I am sad he is going to jail but he did a horrible thing to those beautiful girls and has to pay the price.

I am praying for everyone touched by this crime, including my cousins. I pray Danny gets the help he needs while he is in prison and the families can be healed and become one again. The two people that can make that happen are Danny and Rose. I hope they come to that realization soon. Life is precious and we do not know when it is our time to go.

I am not sure where the Sanchez, or Brizeno have THREATEN anyone? This s a very loving family that has been though the reamer and back. You Chavez's stood on team Danny side never thinking about that just maybe Tanya and her children were telling the truth and did What you all taught them to do.. The Sanchez nor the Brizeno families have made any threats. Threats have been made towards them. Ours nor any of your opinions matter. What matters is the fact and the facts were brought up in court and Danny has been found guilty for the second time. You nor any laywer can change that. He is facing at least 18 yrs in prison, that's another fact. They don't hate anyone. They are hurt that their family has turned their backs on them because they wouldn't lie.
