You liberals are all the same. Always wanting the government to take care of you. Grow up and have some personal responsibility for once in your life. It's not the governments business to create jobs!

Agreed, Warrior! Why can't the libs get it through their heads? I ask them what the heck kind of jobs would you like the gov't to open up? This is a poor state.....always has been and probably always will be.

"Poor" is a state of mind.

Life is what you make it. Learn to be increasingly self-sufficient, work to pay off your home and vehicles, stay out of credit card debt, and there is no need to consider yourself "poor", regardless of income level.

As for job creation, I fully agree that job creation is not a direct duty of government. However, it IS the duty of government to create conditions that allow the free market to create jobs, and that means just generally staying out of the way and letting the free market work.

Typical [email protected] politicians....
Gotta protect that chile.... never mind the "other" issues that are affecting all of us daily.

Maybe those 65 who voted in such a show of "unity" should stick their "world-famous Hatch chile" up their drain holes since apparently that's where their small brains are located..... send some to Susana La Marrana, too!

Protectionism. Instead of the industry creating a certification standard or seal they cry to lawmakers. What if the seeds came from Sonora? Is it still a New Mexico Chile? This is a perfect example of an industry wanting protection from competition. The farmers should be proud of the aroma and taste of that fantastic Hatch chile. They should be honored someone else would try to match it. I know that farm corn in Jersey is great, California Avocados are excellent and peaches from Georgia are perfectly sweet. It doesn't take lawsuits to waste money proving it. The customers know.

The pathetic politicians didn't have any issues with falsly claiming you serve NM chile 65-0 - and yet can't seem to understand that illegal immigration is destroying our State and our Country. I just don't get it. How do these morons sleep at night?
