Once again "Plastic Progressives" are on a kick to knee jerk a perceived problem and to make it worse.
Get rid or reduce the Feral Cats and watch the Rat & Mice and other Pests Population of that type explode in the City.
Which do you want? A few birds(which I like too), get ate or Rodents spreading disease, doing property damage and all the other wonderful things Rodents can bring to your fair City.
Please quit expecting the" Plastic Progressives" to solve problems with ill conceived crack pot schemes.
Remember The Progressive Legislator somewhere that said that the Gun Problems would be solved when all of the Magazines were out of Bullets and would be useless after that. Quit letting Crazy People run your Government while you still can. Be there in November and vote the insanity out.
