The typical Wall St. facist pig who shits on their long-time employees and agents of 25 to 35 years and forces them out of the company.

The 'Good Hands' Plantation! Welcome aboard and enjoy the their internal mayhem.

I was hired by Allstate and the training was absolutely horrible, I resigned out of sheer frustration with the immaturity of the so called trainers, who I know for a fact had no formal education in Training and Development. They were promoted from within, thus leading to the club house mentality and attitude of those running the call center in Las Cruces, NM. This employer leaves a lot to be desired for new employee who is very experienced and mature business professionals.

The atmosphere there is that of a high school clique! Very disappointing for that of an extablished business.

I can see totally why they have a revolving door syndrome with their employees and constantly running adds look for new employees.
