In knocking down the Loller School, hatboro has lost a beautiful landmark. The character of the boro is now forever lost. As a Warminster resident I can tell you the 55+ communities will eventually be a curse and one day will be challenged as discriminatory housing. Most homeowners in Warminster would like Anne Choice and the others to have never been built. But the townships want the tax money, the builders want the money and the unions just want work.
I hope Hatboro goes after all the 55+ money just as Warminster is doing. The 55+ crowd you guys are being suckered and you will be fleeced.

The demolition of the loller school for 55+ housing is a mistake. I agree

As long as the REAL Loller Academy building remains I have no problem tearing down the old high school. I know many people who have lived in 55 + over developments for years & love it.I'd rather see what is going in there than single family McMansions or corporate bullshit. This is the best use of what little building is yet to be done in Hatboro. Warminster has MANY,MANY,MANY bigger, more pressing problems than Anne's Choice !!!!!!!!!!
