My friend got a coupon flier from NRM and it has a black woman on the cover. You can use your mind to see who the mall knows is their customer base.

Yes, the mall gets louder on Friday nights and weekends but only because there are a lot more people there (teenagers). The mall is safe!
There are a lot more national retailers than local shops, with national retailers opening up almost monthly (i.e. Aeropostale, AT&T, Sprint, Taco Bell, etc.) The mall is being remodeled, updated, and enhanced.
so before you bitch and moan at how scary, unsafe, and ghetto the center is, why don't you try visiting it first.
