I have been making this cake for about 20 years now. It is a great recipe. I have always made it in a tube pan though. The original recipe called for a tube pan. I am sure the loaf pans will work also. Whatever the pan, it is a great cake.

I MADE THE ELVIS PRESLEY POUND CAKE, I HAD TROUBLE CREAMING THE BUTTER AND SUGAR. IS THE 3 CUPS OF SUGAR CORRECT IN THE RECIPE?
