she is the one that instigated the "runaway" Kenton was the one who was the pawn in the whole story... He wanted to leave and she begged to go along... it was nothing more than a sorry, scared girl who wanted to get away from her parents with any available escape route... OH and by the way... HE kept HER safe until they were found... and ultimately encouraged her to go home!
