DITTO...what seems to be the RULE--is really not a rule at all but more cronyism from FEAR--I wrote Mayor mark Boughton months ago that I was recieving paper bulletins that never came to fruition..//..this type of "business as usual" would be fully in view and surly a imbarrassment..besides the fact that work is a case study in waste(anyway)..Digital Information is the best resource for a thriving communitiy--anything else is a childish prank.

This is a great idea. Easy to do and accessible to many.
Next, let's hold elections on Saturdays so more people can get out to vote.

Not in the gym to disrupt the sports....but in the cafeterias.

In all times, we need to be lean and effective.

Really this is no big deal. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure that the internet is not a fad. Get with the times or get lost in the shuffle.

This is NOT a huge honkin deal, folks. The Cities of Norwalk, Stamford and Bridgeport have been doing this for YEARS. The info is put up by the IT Departments of each City, as part of City Hall's employees' daily jobs.

Frankly, any city or town that does NOT post their minutes online within 7 days is breaking the law and is subject to fines under the Freedom of Information Act.

Danbury, I'd get "with it" if I were you.

It should be part of the City Clerk's job --that is if she can figure out how to turn the computer on.

If you ever met the head of Danbury's IT department you would see that this is a big deal. His cutting edge technology is a Commodore 64!

It is time to end Cronyism and hire young professionals that know what they are doing! Not retraining people who are completely lost as it is now.
