Harwinton man convicted of money scam arrested again

According to the Republican-American, 42-year-old John Eseppi has been ordered held on a $250,000 bond, charged Monday with violating the terms of his probation by dabbling in investment banking again.

SURPRISE, sentenced to 8 years, released after 3 and out doing more crime. Maybe if we start holding the person who decides they are fit to be back in society responsible also, they would think twice about just letting people out.
