Sadly, the largest employer in the State of Connecticut is the State of Connecticut...Pretty much a Socialist State pandering to Municipal & State Unions for their vote..Binding arbitration is the ruin.

As a state worker, I would have to agree that binding arbitration really stinks. The other point that you made, for this time of day I will defer on commenting on.
