Everyone has the right to be presumed innocent until found guilty. I do understand why police are questioning the husband. Bitter divorce, wife being shot in the face sounds like a crime of passion. A robbery gone bad scenario is hard to believe. It is odd that the perpetrator would have choose to shoot this woman twice in the face. The husband not in town is a great alibi for him. I feel the husband should be looked at very closely and for a long time. Italian heritage and hit man go along way in history. This crime may never be solved.
