That's the county for you. Shame on them. This poor man. Do they not care about his property. He has to evacuate every time it floods. This is pathetic.

I definitely understand your frustration. We've been in Harvest for the past 3 1/2 years and we've been promised time and time again that the problem would be fixed behind our home also and we've emailed countless number of people including David Pope and spoke with our home-builders and we still haven't had a fix yet either. Our backyard gets completely flooded and we can't even use any bathroom in the house because of the drainage problem when it rains.
