It appears that Tim Clark may have a serious conflict of interest in his nasty efforts to prevent Mr. Hirsch from receiving his liquor license. Mr. Clark's wife, as an attorney, has represented the other applicant before town boards. Whether his wife has been paid or not, it appears that Tim needs to be reprimanded by the Board of Selectmen for his behavior.
