Move the Jobs Corps to one of the buildings. That would free up the existing Job Corps complex for Ayer/Shirley to transition and rehab their school buildings. Once the Job corp is in one of the buildings they could be the seed for educational use or other trade training.

Why should Job Corp be forced to move out of buildings that they build for their school?

Who said forced? This is all about efficiency and kickstarting the use of Vicksburg Square for which it was initially intended. Its not like the Jobs Corps has any identity or historic relationship to their present facility. Besides being located in Vicksburg Square they would have unlimited practical application and lab experience. This is about vision which is a forgotten concept in this area. The practical opportunities for endless. I predict that if this were to happen Vicksburg Square would host several other education tenents. This would be a win-win for all and saving big $$$.
Again we need visionaries not politicians that can't see the forest for the trees.

They shouldn't be forced anywhere, they should be CLOSED, PERMANANTLY! They are just a training ground for the Future Felons of Taxachusetts, they roam around the neighboring areas, spraypainting all over buildings, breaking into and vandalizing businesses, walking in the middle of the streets and flipping motorists the finger when you try to get by them.
