The DEC and Mass Development have to start weighing the desires/goals of the companies involved and the protection of the residencial population. There are many residents on Devens and in numerous surrounding towns that are greatly affected by their decisions. The DEC acts in a board of health capacity and is supposed to protect the public from problems such as harmful noise pollution. It seems that big companies with their political connections seem to be favored over the little man the majority of the time. This must stop!
