where does the JBOS get the notion they have authority to re-write the legislation that was enacted in 1994? They have NO authority to do anything but make recommendations back to their respective Boards of Selectmen
Which begs the additional question of just when are they going to inform their boards and, more importantly, the residents, of these 'decisions' they are making?
None of this is heard during the broadcasts of the Ayer Board of Selectmen's meetings.
Is it maybe being discussed elsewhere?

and one more thing - why is this article in the Pepperell Free Press (see caption) instead of the Ayer Public Spirit?
