I'm not quite sure what all this boasting is about. Perhaps Mr. Culver should take a stroll thru the mostly vacant "industrial" park. Gillette, gone this year. Kraft, gone. Budwiser Distribution Center, gone. Evergreen going going..........
In the meantime historical Vicksbur Square is rotting away. It is heartbreaking to see these once beautiful building deteriorating to the point of no return.

In a face-off, brick and poured concete Vicksburg would outlast the flimsy Kraft plant. Vicksburg aint going nowhere.
Evergreen would be great, stripped of equipment, as the areas biggest super ball court.
Walker's forever stalled Hilton Garden-Inn should be grassed over for crying out loud.... how long wiht the damn rubble pile already. envision croquet courts. wouldnt that be elegant
just a disaster. there was always a housing cap. whats really changed its an industrial park FCOL
smart growth - shoving homes where theres no support or services - congrats
