Darlington SC sucks

Darlington needs the following less rednecks,less closed-minded people ,less snobs.It needs more of thrift stores ,social service organizations ,places to donate plasma for money ,modeling agencies,movies being shot here,places to buy a variety of vegan /vegetarian food,salons,a mall ,a walmart,cofee houses,internet cafes,cd stores,concert venues,hippies,goths,alternati ve people,time travelors,people from other planets,movie theaters,toy stores.This town is so LAME ,It has a theme restaurants ,churches and dollar stores and that is about it .The race track that is exciting once a year sad thing is Darlington has nothing to offer race fans that do come here so instead of spending money in Darlington where it is needed its being spent in Florence ,Florence sucks too but at least there is something there to do ,thats if you do it before 10 pm because after 10pm that town closes up and there is nothing to do but go to the Waffle house,or the Trophy Club lol what a low class Gentlemens club that is .

The town is full of dead beat negros! We are stuck with them for awhile. We know how to keep them at bay. The rest of the country could learn from South Carolina. They stay in there area and are rewarded. Our state has been very good to African Americans! They realize this and for the most part mind there business by shooting, cutting, stealing and raising hell among there on people! It is a different culture and diversity has and will always fail!!!!

European Southern, you sound like you're racist. There are alot of good people and bad of every race. How do you keep them at bay? How are they rewarded? If they are the only people commiting all of the crimes, then why do I read about and see all the white people on the news and newspaper doing crimes to. Get a life. Diversity is everywhere and will continue to grow whether you like it or not.

caroligrl88- Blacks have a 13% population nation wide. They are responsible for 57% of felony crimes. Diversity does not even work in prisons under lock and key. We will always have people on both sides who are smart enough to go about our on business. The state of S.C. has given them very good jobs. Go to Columbia that is all it is. They have been placed in jobs qualified or not! We have had 200 years of negro behavior and it has not changed. If that makes me racist, then good for me! I am smart enough not to mix with these people. I do not mistreet them, just associate with my own kind! The negro is slowly finding out, we are two different cultures!

yea exactly if you don't like Darlington, then leave. As far as the race track is concerned, had Bob Colvin been living I doubt that this would have happened at least like it did. Big money fubared Darlington - Texas track needed a date so the guy bought Rockingham track and killed 2 dates. With present administrators at nascar-they are more interested in muhla than tradition. Anyway, most blacks and whites get along in Darlington-you have some of ole timers that still think backwards...but I think they are in the minority.

I go back to Darlington whenever I get a chance!! Sure I might have to go to Florence for some things...but there is nothing better than slaw dogs at the Greeks with chili, cheese fries! Gotta drive up Pearl St past the piggly wiggly and visit Clantons (aka Manheim)!!! Can't wait to go back!
