2 arrested in New Rochelle after drugs found

NEW ROCHELLE - A 36-year-old Briarcliff Manor man and a 45-year-old Hartsdale woman were arrested after a police officer confiscated cocaine, crack pipes and Xanax pills from a parked car in which they were sitting.
