As part of the festive and informative tribute to these historic discoveries, the Fulton Celebration will offer fun for the whole family with free gifts, authentic steamboat music by Hudson River family folk singer Rich Bala, and period costumes presented by Kjirsten Gustavson of the Clermont State Historic Site who will teach kids how to play the “Game of Graces”, an exciting and elegant sport popular in the 1800’s, and will also relate stories about the times of Robert Fulton. The Gourmet Grill will supply food from their incomparable selection of grilled meat, seafood and vegetables. The entire day is free and open to the public.
