WHY DO THE CITIZEN'S HAVE TO KEEP PAYING FOR THE DEFENCE ATTORNEY'S IN THESE SICK MURDERERS CASES. ISN'T THERE ANOTHER WAY FOR THEM TO GET DEFENSE HELP? HOW ABOUT A TAX CUT FOR ATTORNEYS AND THEIR FIRMS WHO TAKE THESE HIGH PROFILE CASES? IT SEEMS LIKE WE ARE CUTTING BACK EVERY GOVERMENT PROGRAM. I THINK A MURDER'S DEFENCE IS A GOOD PLACE TO START CUTTING BACK. MAYBE LAW STUDENTS SHOULD TAKE THESE CASES.

I have to agree Jack, unfortunatley there are sick things that happen in this world and the crime is horrific. However; one of the things that makes this country so great is that we are innocent until proven guilty. I believe we all need to keep our minds open. I truly hope this family finds peace for this unimaginable crime. With the forensic science that we have now I'm sure the right man will be convicted. But I say let the judicial system figure that out not the public.

You IDIOT. So if the Cops say they think he did it then that is it?? Cops don't make the law and they don't determine guilt, Jurors do. It’s bad enough already that they get to pick and choose which laws they are going to enforce, but you want to give them full power to convict and sentence?

I would really like to know the specifics as to what evidence they had to charge him in the first place. Did the family have a life insurance policy? Did they get along? I just cannot see someone killing a whole family, including children and never having showed a tendency towards violence in the past.
