'Letting him know he was there' : Police say man fired a warning shot at a pedestrian
A domestic dispute led a Hartland man to shoot at a pedestrian, police said. Ryan Townsend, 19, is facing charges of aggravated assault with a weapon and reckless endangerment after he allegedly shot at David Osmer, 20, of Windsor, as Osmer walked around the Hartland Four Corners the evening of May 5, according to state Trooper Gary T. Salvatore.
